OTP not received

Wait until the resend timer finishes before asking for a new OTP. Requesting several in a row can delay them further.
Check that the mobile number is correct and that the phone has signal. OTPs often fail on weak networks.
Look in your SMS app's spam or promotions folder, and make sure SMS from businesses are not blocked.
If your number has DND (Do Not Disturb) activated, transactional OTPs should still arrive, but a restart of the phone can help.
Turn airplane mode on and off once to reconnect to the network, then tap Resend.

Never share your OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be from Teen Patti Master support. The OTP is only for you to type into the app.

Can't log in or account locked

Make sure you are using the same mobile number you registered with.
Update to the latest version. Old versions sometimes stop accepting logins after an update on the server side.
Check that your phone's date and time are set to automatic. A wrong clock can make verification fail.
If the app says the account is blocked, contact support from inside the app. Repeated failed attempts can lock an account for a while.

App not opening, crashing or stuck on loading

Close the app completely and open it again.
Go to Settings > Apps > Teen Patti Master > Storage and tap Clear cache. Don't tap Clear data unless you know your login details, because it logs you out.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and turn off any VPN or private DNS.
Restart your phone.
If it still fails, install the latest APK from the official download page over the top of the old one.

"App not installed" and other install errors

"Update required": how to update safely

Download the latest APK from the official Teen Patti Master download page.
Open the file and tap Update. Installing over the old version keeps your account and points.
If Android says "App not installed", uninstall the old version first, then install the new one and log in with the same mobile number.

Never update from a link sent in a WhatsApp or Telegram group. Fake "update" files are a common way to spread malware.

Welcome points or referral points not credited

The welcome code 3hb85s has to be entered during registration. It usually can't be added afterwards.
Check the spelling: 3hb85s, all lower case, with no spaces before or after.
Welcome points are normally given once per person, phone number and device. A second account on the same phone may not get them.
For points from inviting friends, your friend must register with your code, not just install the app.
If everything was done correctly and the points are still missing, contact support from inside the app with a screenshot of your account screen.

Can I withdraw or convert my points?

No. Teen Patti Master is a points-only game. Points are used to join tables and play rounds. They have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, transferred to a bank or UPI, sold, or exchanged for money.

If a website, message or "agent" offers to turn your points into money, or asks you to pay a fee to unlock them, it is a scam. Do not share your OTP, UPI PIN or bank details with them.
